1. Initial & Ongoing Consultation

Call or visit our showroom and speak to one of our friendly staff for a consult. We will spend the right amount of time to discuss your needs & requirements, provide some education on use and ongoing maintenance and find the best appliance to suit your lifestyle. Contact Us

2. Installation

We will schedule a convenient date and time where one of our professional full-time in-house installers will come out to install your appliance. They understand how the appliances work and will go through the education and training again in the comfort of your own home. They can also remove your old appliance as part of the install.

3. Supply of Products

We have a range of our Power of 4 cleaning products that we will supply to ensure the best result for both you and your appliance. Our products are sold in bulk and offer industry best results at a very economical rate.

We offer free home delivery to customers inside 40km of Adelaide CBD which can be purchased online, over the phone or in our showroom. Conditions apply

The Power of 4 cleaning product range includes: Dishwasher Powder, Rinse Aid, Laundry Powder, Low Allergy Laundry Powder, Laundry Liquid Ultra-Concentrate, Laundry Liquid Delicate Wool Wash, Sanitiser Softener Liquid, Descaler, Kleen Glass, Kleen Steel and Water Softener Salt. 4. Training

We encourage our customers to come into the store or call us in the weeks after the appliance has been installed for further education and training as required. We have also visited our customers at home in this period to go over any questions/concerns they have.

5. Technical Support

Our experienced technicians will take the time with you to fully understand your problem and any other potential concerns that you may have. All of our staff understand how our appliances operate, how to get the best quality results and best practice maintenance. Our service department have access to all parts and manuals.

6. In-Warranty Servicing & Breakdown Servicing

We are warranty agents for all products we sell. Our factory trained technicians can repair your appliances inside the warranty period. One call to us and we will make the arrangements on your behalf, book a 2 hour window of arrival and get your appliance up and running. We use full time, in-house technicians and our team comprises of 5 on road and 1 workshop technician. We carry a full complement of spare parts and stock them in our warehouse in St Peters.

We will respect you and your home cleaning up any mess as we go.

7. Ongoing Maintenance

We offer advice on how to care for your appliances, to ensure your appliances are well maintained and operating efficiently.

We offer support (in-store/phone) to our customers who have forgotten how to adequately maintain their appliance.

We offer products to keep on top of this maintenance and re-educate on usage.

We can have one of our technicians attend and give a service to an appliance if required.
